Planning Out Your Sleep Schedule

Hi everyone!


Welcome back. Today we’re talking about how to plan out your sleep schedule, your day, and your resulting schedule.


There are twenty-four hours in a day. Of those hours, you need around eight hours of sleep. In planning out your day, we encourage you to look into these calendars.


First, begin by calculating how much of your time is needed for homework.





Then, look into other activities you may be involved in.





However, in addition to these, it is critical to set down some unstructured time.





Afterward, calculate your total. Remember one week has 168 hours. How does your week look compared to that? If you have too much, reconsider parts of your workload.


Again, planning is key!
